Rylee has no idea how difficult solving a murder without a body can be until the ghost of the tenant who previously lived in her apartment arrives, claiming his death years ago wasn’t an accident.

Everyone in town believes the local artist died from a heart attack. Is it possible he’s telling the truth? Is his death the result of an expertly planned murder, or is he playing a not-so-funny prank on Rylee and her friends? 

Will Rylee’s sleuthing skills be enough to find a missing painting, prove the killer is real, and deal with a mischievous spirit? Or will she have to endure ghostly antics for the rest of her life?
